It's not always easy to break away from the Peleton but we've done it once again!
We are in the fourth day of our trip to Moab. We made it to Baker City Oregon the first day and to "stretch our legs" and also try to find a replacement for a left behind water hose, we took an urban hike through historic Baker City. (after a four mile walk we purchased a hose from the office of the campground where we were staying... never could find the Ace Hardward. Apparently they have enough forgetful people who go off and leave their hoses in the garage to keep a supply) the next day we ended up in Heyburn Idaho (not Heyburn Park), a little burg near the Utah border and on the Snake River. Last night we stayed in Provo Utah fighting a strong wind all the way but had a nice bike ride along a great trail that followed the Powder river.
We hope to make it to Moab today in time to explore around. Time to pull up the jacks and hit the road. When we have Internet I'll post some pictures hopefully.
