I didn't post anything yesterday as we are pretty much just relaxing here in Phoenix. I did find time to mess around with this blog site and attempted to improve it a bit... ended up losing the previous settings while trying the "dynamic view". Maybe some of you logged on and saw the new look. I sort of liked it but I couldn't seem to figure out how to put some of the things on it that I wanted like "Why the Breakaway" so I re-did it the old way and added a picture under the BREAKAWAY heading of a fast guy on a bike... (Dave) It is one of my favorite pictures as it has Dave in a great pose and it was a photography accomplishment for me to get that speedy look! Doing all of this took most of the last 24 hours.
We had some rain this morning and then the sun returned but the temp has moved from 100 down to a VERY pleasant 78 degrees.
Dave is practicing with his tennis team and they are getting ready for the big National Finals of the Super Seniors. The label is brutal and it means, of course, you have to be old to be in this one. Just getting here is an accomplishment so whatever they do from here on out is ok.
