Arr Vee Tales

Hello from the windy, wet, and not so wild Tri-Cities...
Dave and Tennis Team got nudged out of the Super Seniors Tennis tournament by a third set tie-breaker in which they (not Dave and his partner) had a match point and ended up losing... it was a squeaker.  Some of the other Wenatchee Men's Teams are still in it.
Dave and I are headed south now for Utah and Arizona where Dave will again play in the same format of Super Seniors for the finals and National Championship of the previous round.  That wont be until April 27th.
We have been staying right next to the Racquet Club in a Baptist church parking lot who were gracious enough to let us stay here.  We are looking forward to worshipping with them this morning.  They are Baptists so I think we will get along ok.
Sitting around at a tennis tournament can be tedious and boring but being here in the ArrVee makes it just a relaxing pleasant time.  We cozy in out of the wind (it has been ferocious)and read, nap, eat, and make plans for the trip ahead.
We are headed eventually for Capital Reef Nat'l Park, Grand Staircase Escalante Nat'l Monument, Bryce Canyon Nat'l Park and Zion Nat'l Park.  Then we head south to Page, near lake Powell and some slot canyons and then to Phoenix.  I'll try to keep you posted if we and when we have internet access.
For now... God's blessings to you all on this Palm Sunday.
